It was a pleasure to host Phoenix Preschool for a fundraiser they were doing. A great turnout of ladies for a busy afternoon giving tips and tricks to take home to use on there upcoming cakes. Amazing how quickly 3 hours goes by!!

Laura's 21st cake was a combination of her farm life growing up and her current studies at Otago doing her pharmacy degree. Combined we have Laura's Farmacy. A fun cake to make and both tiers were chocolate cake.

A fun cake to make for a wee guy turning 5. Messy but the best part about making this cake was the flicking of chocolate ganache onto it, not something I get to do normally.
